Delivery Policy
- Service area: Pokhara city core areas. We confirm coverage and any extra charges on WhatsApp.
- Delivery time: Usually within 24 hours of order confirmation; same‑day delivery depends on stock and route.
- Delivery charges (if any) are clearly communicated before confirming the order.
- An order is confirmed only after we reply with acceptance and estimated delivery time.
- If delivery fails due to wrong address or customer unavailability, a partial or full delivery fee may still apply.
Refund & Replacement Policy
- If items are spoiled, badly damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and order details.
- We will either replace the item in your next delivery or adjust the amount in your current/next bill.
- For change of mind or wrong orders after packing, refunds may not always be possible; we handle these case by case.
- Approved refunds or adjustments are provided via cash, digital wallet, or credit on your next order.
